The Chataism project solves the problems of today's modern cottages and tries to rediscover its beauty. The modular system of cottages is supposed to bring the possibility of creating one's own cottage according to interests and needs, and at the same time works with a minimum space in order to avoid the dimensions of family houses that belong to the urban structure. The size of the objects is limited in order to make the residents spend time mainly in nature and the cottage facilities serve to cover the basic needs of sleep and food. I also work with the minimum in public space, thereby preventing the occupation of the area around the cottages due to the neighbor's restrictions. Despite the fact that the cottage industry may appear to occupy the forest landscape, it is an integral part of our Czech culture and tradition. It is good not to forget this from the point of view of architecture and urbanism.

Návrh stabilizace abrazí porušených břehů - údolní nádrž Brno

This Bachelor thesis concentrates on proposal of stabilizations damaged shores abrasions, which are situated in valley dam Brno. The author focuses on concrete location Osada, as well as on concrete part of shore. In the beginning is processed covering message, processing general proposal of shores stabilization and after that technical report. There are stated hydrological calculations after that, description of own designs of the author for stabilization shores in given locality. For processed photodocumentation, maps and drawing outputs please find attached.

Past and present of Jívák settlement

The aim of this thesis is to conduct research of entire history of Jivák settlement in Central Bohemian region since its establishment in 1926 to the year of 2016. Importance of so-called normalization and transformation era will be stressed in this work. The author will also try to track certain matches or disagreements in the area of everyday life, coexistence with other settlers or participation on settlement's events based on interviews conducted with settlers of various age. Another aim of this work is to compare settlement's social life before and after the year 1989. Last but not least, author will try to find out, whether Jivak settlement served as a shelter from political and social reality in 1948-1989 Czechoslovakia.
